Healthy dead people

Dead people are still treated with free pills , while those who really need them are dying slowly.

That is the situation in the most of the cities from Romania. The institution which insurance the health population can’t  assure the pills from sick people because of the illegality of the system.

The problem persist in the case of  false needs of some people to take medical control, just taken the paper and doesn’t do the test which are paid anyway. “ We announced all this problems and we expect to recover the money spent illegal.” , said Lucian Duta.
